By accessing our website or purchasing our handmade products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Handmade Products (Disclaimer)
At Uniqkx Store, we take pride in selling handcrafted items, including artisan jewelry, hand-painted wall art, hand-beaten aluminium kitchenware, and tailored apparel.

Variations: Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color, texture, shape, and size between the image shown online and the actual product you receive.

Imperfections: Minor imperfections (e.g., in wood grain, ceramic glaze, or metal hammering) are not defects but rather characteristics that make each piece unique and authentic.

Colors: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
3. Online Purchases & Orders

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability).

Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Payment: We accept secure payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
4. Custom & Personalized Orders
For items such as Matching Couple Dresses, Personalized Diaries, or Custom Jewelry:

Measurements: You are responsible for providing accurate body measurements for apparel. Uniqkx Store is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Cancellations: Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun (usually within 24 hours of placing the order).
5. Shipping & Delivery

Coverage: We ship across India.

Packaging: We take extreme care in packaging fragile items (such as Glass Sets, Aluminium Kettles, and Wall Paintings) to ensure they arrive safely.

Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a damaged package, you must record an Unboxing Video without cuts/edits. This video is mandatory to claim a replacement or refund for damaged goods.
6. Offline / In-Store Purchases
For purchases made directly at our physical locations in Purba Medinipur or Paschim Medinipur:

Inspection: Customers are requested to inspect the goods physically before leaving the counter.

Returns: Goods once sold physically after inspection are generally not returnable unless there is a functional manufacturing defect not visible during inspection.
7. Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility: You may return standard (non-custom) items within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or significantly different from the description.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

Customized/Personalized items.

Perishable goods (if any).

Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale.”

Uniqkx Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Uniqkx Store has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
