At Uniqkx Store, every item is handcrafted with love and care. Because our products are made by human hands and not machines, slight irregularities in color, texture, or design are natural and mark the authenticity of the piece.
However, we want you to love what you buy. Here is how our policy works for all customers (Retail & Business):
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may raise a return request within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is physically damaged during transit.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect (not a handmade variation).
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Policy)
To ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent claims, we require an Uncut Unboxing Video for all return requests involving damage or missing items.
- The video must clearly show the package label and the opening process without pauses or edits.
- No Unboxing Video = No Return/Refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:
- Customized/Personalized Orders (e.g., Couple Dresses tailored to size, engraved diaries).
- Jewelry (for hygiene reasons, unless damaged on arrival).
- Items purchased during a Clearance Sale.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (or Bank Account for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
By purchasing from Uniqkx Store, you agree that any legal disputes regarding returns, refunds, or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Medinipur, West Bengal, India.
